Statue of Tomas Bata and Jan Antonin Bata, the founders of Zlín

From the University park, Jan Antonin and Tomas Bata oversee the administrative building No 21, the so-called "Bata Skyscraper", which is today the seat of the Regional and Financial Office of the Zlín Region.

Jan Antonin and Tomas Bata in bronze stand on a pedestal with typical Zlín dimensions of 6.15 x 6.15 metres, which symbolises the traditional construction module of company buildings.

The monument was created by the Zlín academic sculptor Radim Hanke in 2007–2010.
